Here are the details, we hope to see you there! ----- Who: Girls age 8-16, beginners welcome! When: August 14-18 2023 Where: 6 Roper Road, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada (The Academy BJJ) Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 9AM - 3PM 9-9:30- Team building games 9:30-11- Mixed Martial Arts Lesson: Boxing, Kickboxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 11:15-12:00- Lunch 12-1:15- Street Safety Lesson & Exercises 1:15-2:45- Self Defense Lesson: Self Defense Techniques to defend specific attack scenarios 2:45-3- Martial Arts Games & Self Defense Challenge WHAT YOU NEED -bring plenty of water, a lunch, and snacks -campers should wear comfortable clothes for working out. We suggest t-shirts, and longer shorts or leggings -bring boxing gloves and hand wraps if you have them- if not you can borrow ours! This will be our only camp week for 2023 and it's going to be a great one! It will likely sell out before summer, don't wait to save your spot. Please note that all website prices are in USD Classes & Courses: Cancellations made before the first class are fully refundable. There are no refunds after the start of classes. Camps: Cancellations made before 30 days of the camp start date are fully refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations made within the 30 days before the first day of camp.
