The SMART & STRONG Girls Seminar Series was created to give girls age 6-16 the most life changing, life saving, and confidence building skills and knowledge possible. Girls can join any one seminar or complete all four to earn their special self defense skills certificate! Each seminar covers different safety topics, self defense techniques, and includes fun martial arts games! ✅ PART 1: ABDUCTION DEFENSE Defend being grabbed and dragged, use your voice to draw attention, identify lures, and learn the GWF abduction prevention and defense rules! ✅ PART 2: BE A NON TARGET Defend being hit, picked up, pinned to a wall, and become a non-target to predators by harnessing your super hero powers: awareness, confidence, and trusting your instincts! ✅ PART 3: BECOME BULLY-PROOF Stand up for yourself to bullies, gain emotional strength, and defend being pushed, pinned to the ground, and cornered by a bully. ✅ PART 4: RESIST PEER-PRESSURE Defend surprise attacks, say no confidently, set boundaries with peers and adults, and the learn the GWF virtual safety rules for social media.
