Join us for a special open house weekend event for our girls program!⚡️ CLASS SCHEDULE (Girls age 8-14)⚡️ - Kickboxing class: Friday 5-6pm - Jiu Jitsu class: Saturdays 2-3pm *There is NO experience required to join any of these classes, and your daughter can come to both! YOUR DAUGHTER GETS:⚡️ - 2 free GWF classes - to learn the basics with other beginners and meet new friends - to take home awesome stickers & polaroid photos of herself in-action! - to bring as many friends as she wants! WHAT YOU'LL NEED⚡️ -Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get your gym orientation, class will start on time! -Wear comfortable exercise clothes -Bring water We can't wait to meet you!⚡️
