The Jumpstart Membership is for first time students who want to commit to their progress with 4 months of training! Membership Includes: ➡ Self Defense Fundamentals Course: Saturday's 3:00-4:15 PM *This membership allows you to complete all 16 classes in the course once! ➡ Jiu Jitsu Self Defense Class: Friday 7:30-8:30 PM ➡ CO-ED Kickboxing Classes: Tues & Thurs 8-9 PM *These classes are taught by Gemma's husband and are co-ed!
