Don't miss our annual free Mother's Day Self Defense Workshop! This workshop is for moms and their daughters. You will learn essential self defense techniques for defending common attack situations and important street smart strategies to keep you safe on your day to day! Not only is this training important for girls (and moms), but it's a fun way to bond with your daughter and open up discussions about personal safety. It often helps girls to hear it from someone else other than the parent, especially in a fun, cool atmosphere! This is a 1 hour 15 minute workshop. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes.
