Join us in giving your daughter the physical, mental, and verbal self defense skills needed for a safe, confident, and bully-free school year🚀 ✅ PART 1: ANTI-BULLYING 💪 Your daughter will learn how to present herself confidently, use her voice to stand up for herself, resist peer pressure, and learn self defense techniques to defend common bullying scenarios ✅ PART 2: STREET SMARTS🛡️ *Did you know that the #1 location that kids get abducted is on their walk to or from SCHOOL?* Your daughter will learn how to be seen as a difficult target to opportunistic predators, how to be aware of her surroundings and common danger signals, and how to defend herself if someone grabs her. The best part?
