What is MMA?

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combination of grappling and striking. Girls learn take downs, judo throws, and how to transition between striking and grappling to dictate where any fight goes. Defense lessons focus on defending tackles or take downs, bear hugs, pick ups, and being dragged. MMA classes are always a fun mix of different martial arts that develop well-rounded fighters.
